I worked with Jill for two years as part of the BMS Company Transformation Program for which I served as Global PMO Lead and Jill served as Mature Brands Lifecycle Mgmt Workstream Lead. I was impressed by Jill as both a strategic leader and functional area expert, with the ability to apply her deep experience managing the lifecycle of established brands to the unique strategic environment faced by BMS. I found Jill to be a strong team leader able to manage a diverse and highly matrixed team toward the delivery of a challenging goal in a timely manner.
